What Happens Next?

A conversation with your Cloud Distribution Account Manager

Your Cloud Distribution account manager will be in touch with you to discuss your requirements and objectives and make sure that they are clear and agreed. 

Requirements Analysis and Statement of Work

Cloud Distribution will engage a project manager in the first instance to perform a Requirements Analysis and produce a Statement of Work. This can be signed off and agreed with a customer before any services are provided and ensures there is no potential disparity between customer expectations and the service delivered.  

Project Approval – Dedicated Manager Assigned

Once the SOW is approved a dedicated project manager will be assigned and the installation and rollout will continue to be professionally managed from Project Initiation through to Project Closure.
