Need a technical expert to resolve an issue on-site ?
The Cloud Cover Technical Consultant On-Site service provides an as-needed call out service for technical expertise. The technical consultant will provide the highest level of technical knowledge and experience with any product in Cloud Distribution’s product portfolio. This is not part of a contracted service and no SLA can be provided, but we will make every endeavour to ensure that resources are on-site as quickly as possible.
This service can provide an added level of product support for any customer that has a problem that cannot be resolved through standard support services, or where an issue might be solved more quickly with a higher level of on-site knowledge or expertise.

What Happens Next?
A conversation with your Cloud Distribution Account Manager and/or a member of the Technical Team
In order to make sure that the consultant can be effective as possible an account manager or a member of the technical team will contact you to make sure they fully understand the situation and requirements. This will be used to provide a Statement of Work. Please provide as much information about the situation and requirements as possible, or provide contact details for someone who can provide the information.
Confirm site visit details
An email will be sent to you to ask you to confirm the SOW objectives, time and location for the site visit and that you accept the costs. Please ensure that you provide contact details for the site visit and ensure that someone is available to meet the consultant and provide them with access to any equipment or systems that they might need to resolve the issue.
Consultant on site
The consultant will arrive on site to try and resolve the issues as per the agreed objectives.
The consultant will provide a Site Visit Report documenting the cause of the issue and how it was solved and any recommended follow-up actions.
