Project Management

Do you have a customer with a requirement for a large scale rollout of new equipment or an installation involving a number of stages that need professional planning and management?

What are the consequences of a poorly managed installation project? The cost of not having a professional project manager could be much higher in the form of a failed project.

Customers may have internal resources assigned to managing an installation, but it is likely that they will have other priorities and responsibilities. Some customers may also have stringent regulations for any new projects.

The Project Management service from Cloud Distribution also ensures that the project manager will have knowledge and experience in Cloud Distribution’s product and services portfolio. All Project managers are Prince 2 certified and Cloud Distribution is able to supply resources at the Programme management, Project management and Project Management Office level.

In order to discuss your requirements further please contact us using one of the following methods:

What Happens Next?

A conversation with your Cloud Distribution Account Manager

Your Cloud Distribution account manager will be in touch with you to discuss your requirements and objectives and make sure that they are clear and agreed.

Requirements Analysis and Statement of Work

Cloud Distribution will engage a project manager in the first instance to perform a Requirements Analysis and produce a Statement of Work. This can be signed off and agreed with a customer before any services are provided and ensures there is no potential disparity between customer expectations and the service delivered.

Project Approval – Dedicated Manager Assigned

Once the SOW is approved a dedicated project manager will be assigned and the installation and rollout will continue to be professionally managed from Project Initiation through to Project Closure.
